About Thefitville
Editorially researched & verified
Free shipping $80+ 30-day returns and exchanges...

FitVille is a specialty online footwear brand operating at thefitville.com, focused on delivering comfortable, wide-fit shoes for men and women. The brand's core mission is captured in its tagline: Liberate Your Toes. FitVille is particularly well-regarded among shoppers who struggle to find quality footwear in wide and extra-wide sizes, with sizing available up to 6E-XX wide — far beyond what most mainstream shoe brands offer.

The product catalog is extensive, covering footwear categories including orthopedic shoes, diabetic shoes, walking shoes, running shoes, athletic shoes, slippers, sandals, dress shoes, boots, and slip-ons for both men and women. FitVille also organizes its collection by foot condition, making it easy for shoppers managing issues like plantar fasciitis, bunions, flat feet, neuropathy, hammer toe, heel pain, and arthritis to find suitable options quickly. Accessories such as insoles, socks, ankle braces, and foot recovery tools are also available.

FitVille has earned a Trustpilot rating of 4 out of 5 based on 6,486 verified reviews, which signals a strong and consistent customer satisfaction record for a niche footwear brand. The brand ships to multiple regions, with dedicated storefronts for the UK, Germany, and broader Europe, in addition to the primary US store. Free shipping is offered on orders over $80, and first-time customers can use the code FIRST20 for 20% off their initial order.

The return policy provides a 30-day window for returns and exchanges, giving shoppers reasonable time to evaluate their purchase — particularly important for footwear where fit is critical. While detailed return conditions were not fully available in the raw data, the 30-day policy is clearly stated on the dedicated returns page.

  • Wide sizing: Up to 6E-XX for men and extra-wide for women
  • Foot conditions: Shoes categorized by diabetes, neuropathy, plantar fasciitis, bunions, flat feet, and more
  • Activity focus: Categories for walking, running, hiking, tennis, pickleball, golf, and standing all day
  • International reach: Ships to US, UK, Germany, and EU with localized storefronts
  • Trustpilot verified: 4/5 stars from 6,486 customer reviews
