MattressExpress Review 2026

MattressExpress is an online mattress retailer operating at mattressexpress.com, built on the Shopify platform. The store positions itself around affordability and sleep health, with its homepage tagline reading "Affordable Mattresses for Better Sleep, Less Pain." It caters to a wide range of budgets, offering products in price tiers from under $200 all the way up to $1,000 and above.

The product catalog is organized by size, type, and price. Available sizes include Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and Cal King, covering the full range of standard US mattress dimensions. Shoppers can filter by material type, choosing between Memory Foam, Hybrid, and Mattress-in-a-Box formats. This makes it relatively straightforward to narrow down options based on sleep preference or budget.

At the time of this review, MattressExpress is running a Summer Sleep Sale offering 10% off the Bluewave Mattress. Additionally, customers who spend $1,000 or more receive a free Dual-Sided Cooling Comforter with their order. These promotions suggest the store is actively competitive on value, particularly at higher price points.

However, there are notable transparency concerns. The shipping policy, return policy, and FAQ pages all returned 404 errors, meaning prospective buyers cannot review these critical details before purchasing. There is also no Trustpilot rating or BBB accreditation data available, which limits independent trust verification. Shoppers who prioritize clear policies and third-party reviews should factor this in before committing to a purchase.

MattressExpress accepts standard Shopify-supported payment methods and uses cookie-based personalization and analytics. No loyalty program, mobile app, or referral program was identified in the available data. The store appears to be a relatively new or growing e-commerce operation, and potential buyers should reach out directly to confirm shipping timelines, return windows, and warranty details before ordering.
