Frequently asked questions

Is Lockin a legitimate company?

Lockin operates a professional e-commerce site at lockin.com with product listings, support pages, warranty info, and CES 2026 participation. However, no Trustpilot score or BBB rating was available at time of review, so independent verification of customer satisfaction is currently limited.

Does Lockin offer free shipping?

Yes. The Lockin homepage states 'Free Shipping for All Orders.' The dedicated shipping policy page returned a 404 error, so delivery timeframes and international coverage details could not be confirmed.

What is Lockin's return policy?

Lockin lists a 'Return & Refund Policy' in its support navigation at /pages/return-and-refund-policy, but the page content was unavailable at time of review. Contact Lockin directly for current return terms.

How do I apply a Lockin promo code?

No promo code field details were confirmed in the available raw data. Typically on Shopify-based stores, a discount code can be entered at checkout. Check the Lockin Solar Early Bird page for current promotional offers.

What payment methods does Lockin accept?

Specific payment methods were not listed in the available raw data. As a Shopify-based store, Lockin likely accepts major credit cards and possibly PayPal or Shop Pay, but this could not be confirmed from the source data.

About Lockin

Editorially researched & verified

Free shipping $0+ Return & Refund Policy page...

Lockin is a smart lock brand specializing in palm vein recognition technology, claiming to be the world's No.1 vein recognition smart lock manufacturer. The company sells exclusively through its website at lockin.com and offers a range of products under the Veno series, targeting residential security upgrade needs, smart home integration, and home renovation projects.

The product lineup spans four categories: Smart Locks, Video Smart Locks, Self-Charging Locks, and Solar-Powered Locks. Current models include the Veno Go (entry-level at $129.99), Veno (core model at $199.99), Veno Plus (best-seller at $239.99), and the flagship Veno Pro at $349.99. Newer additions include the Veno Solar Face and Veno Solar Palm, which are solar-powered locks with facial and palm recognition respectively. All listed prices reflect discounts from original retail prices.

Lockin differentiates itself from traditional smart lock brands by using palm vein recognition — an infrared-based biometric method that reads subcutaneous vein patterns — instead of standard fingerprint sensors or PIN pads. This technology is presented as more secure and spoofing-resistant. The brand also showcased its V7 Max AI smart lock and attended CES 2026, signaling active product development and industry presence.

Customer support resources available on the site include an FAQ page, order tracking, product user manuals, an app download page, warranty information, and a contact page. The brand also offers an affiliate program and a partner/reseller program. A mobile app is referenced through the app download support page, suggesting iOS and/or Android availability, though platform specifics were not confirmed in the raw data.

Notable limitations include the absence of verified third-party review scores (no Trustpilot or BBB data available), and both the dedicated shipping policy and return policy pages returned 404 errors at time of review. The homepage does prominently advertise free shipping on all orders, and a Return & Refund Policy link is listed in the navigation, suggesting a policy exists even if the direct URL was temporarily unavailable. Prospective buyers are encouraged to verify current policy details directly on the site before purchasing.
