Aviya Mattress Review 2026

Aviya Mattress is a direct-to-consumer hybrid mattress brand that manufactures all of its mattresses in Cleveland, Ohio, using 100% USA-sourced materials. Founded with the goal of making luxury innerspring mattresses accessible online, Aviya competes directly with brands like Saatva, Winkbed, and Purple — but at a significantly lower price point. The queen-size mattress is currently available for $1,049 (after promotional savings), compared to competitors priced between $1,799 and $2,999 for comparable models.

The Aviya Mattress is a hybrid design, combining an innerspring coil system with premium foam layers. It is available in 3 comfort levels and 6 sizes: Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and California King. Prices start at $649, making it one of the more affordable USA-made hybrid mattresses available. Each mattress is handcrafted by experts at the company's own factory, giving buyers a degree of quality control not always found with overseas-manufactured alternatives.

• 100-Night In-Home Trial: Sleep on the mattress for up to 100 nights before committing.
• Free FedEx Shipping: All orders ship free with estimated delivery of 5–7 business days from the Cleveland factory.
• 10-Year Full Replacement Warranty: One of the strongest warranties in the direct-to-consumer mattress space.
• 3 Comfort Levels: Choose from multiple firmness options to match your sleep style.
• 100% Made in USA: All materials sourced and assembled domestically.

Customer feedback from over 10,000 verified buyers highlights consistent themes of pain relief (particularly hip and back pain), long-term durability, and value. One verified buyer reported using their mattress for 4 years with no sagging or firmness loss. Another noted hip pain resolution within just two nights of sleeping on the Aviya. Couples frequently mention minimal motion transfer, thanks to the innerspring construction, which reduces sleep disruption.

Aviya ships exclusively via FedEx and does not currently offer white-glove or in-home setup services. The mattress is not compressed into a box like many foam competitors — it ships flat and may require two people for setup. The brand's return and shipping policy pages were returning 404 errors at the time of review, so shoppers should contact Aviya directly at aviyamattress.com/pages/contact to confirm current return procedures before purchasing. Secure checkout is provided via Shopify's PCI-compliant platform, and the store accepts standard major payment methods.
