About 78 Brand
Editorially researched & verified
Est. 2013 Free shipping $0+ Returns policy available at...

78 Brand is a Chicago-rooted condiment company specializing in premium non-GMO ketchup and mustard. The brand's flagship product, 78 Red Ketchup, is formulated with over 200 grams of tomatoes for every 100 grams of finished product — making it one of the most tomato-dense ketchups commercially available, with tomatoes comprising 78% of the product by weight. The brand uses no liquid sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial coloring, and no artificial flavoring.

All 78 Brand products are manufactured in Poland, a country where the production of food using genetically modified organisms is illegal by law. This gives the brand an added layer of non-GMO assurance beyond standard US certifications. The product lineup includes both classic and spicy variants of ketchup and mustard, with the spicy versions rated at a heat level of 6–8 out of 10, described as suitable for adults and older children but not recommended for very young kids.

The 78 Brand online store supports one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions, giving customers flexibility in how they shop. Subscribers can manage, pause, or cancel their plans directly through their account portal. Additionally, the brand operates a Rewards Program that allows shoppers to earn and redeem points, as well as a Referral Program and an Ambassador Program for brand advocates. These loyalty tools make it a solid choice for repeat buyers looking to maximize value.

  • Non-GMO Certified: No genetically modified ingredients; produced under Poland's strict GMO-free food laws
  • No Liquid Sweeteners: Free from high fructose corn syrup and similar additives
  • Tomato-Rich Formula: 78% tomatoes by weight in every bottle of ketchup
  • Subscription Available: Flexible recurring delivery with account-managed cancellation
  • Rewards & Referrals: Earn points, refer friends, and join the ambassador program for ongoing perks

Shipping is available within the continental United States only — no PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations are supported. Orders are tracked via USPS or UPS, with tracking numbers emailed upon shipment. Sales tax is applied only to orders placed within Illinois. For wholesale and food service inquiries, the brand offers a dedicated channel through its website. Customer support is available via a contact form, and lost orders are replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
